I have a love/hate relationship with denim.
When I was younger, I used to wear jeans every single day…so much so that I would get rips in them just from the wear and tear.
And then randomly, when I hit 23, every time I wore a pair of jeans, I couldn’t WAIT to take them off as soon as I got home. They all of a sudden felt constraining and uncomfortable to me and I often opted not to wear them. Maybe it was the fact that I finally wasn’t playing a sport, so I could flourish in dresses and skirts all day, or maybe it was just a weird phase. Who knows.
But recently, I’ve begun to fall back in love with denim again. I’ve been craving a good, solid pair of jeans, but haven’t had time to properly look, try on, price, etc. For now, I’ll cherish some of my favorite denim items that I already have in my closet. I’m a sucker for denim on denim.
